We are going to plan on being at the Dock around 10/1030am - and hopefully on the ship by 1pm

my kids are 8 and 11 so they are good at waiting. We didnt find the wait too long last time....little things to do to keep you busy. Plus us DIS people will all find each other

We haven't booked a room or transportation from Orlando Airport yet, but DH & I were thinking about staying the night before near the port. We want to get there with our 9 yr old DS by 10:30 too. I told him to make sure his DS is charged.

If you go to post #26 on page 2 of this thread schmij has not only the updated list, but also a link to an FE exchange. When I asked about it earlier, my understanding is that you do one homemade (or purchased) thing for the cabin (adults) and some little things like trick-or-treat gifts for the kids. On the main board, there is a thread with hundreds of pics of items people have done for FE gifts!!

We just did the fe at random and it worled out well as you were able to go at anytime so you didnt have to worry about missing out on something beceause you had the gifts to deliver, I have read some do a list and whomevers in on the fe picks a day when they will deliver there goodies and each person on the exchange will get a list of all the info on whos delivering on what day. It was kinda nice though not knowing when you were gonna find a little gift in your bag, you could find something someone had dropped off at all hours of the day!

I wanted to take the 5pm but dh wanted to take earlier...lol. Where does dh work? I offered my ds at Guelph my van for the week but he said too much bother..... My other ds 19 goes to Niagara College and lives in ST. Catherines....how old is your ds? Have you booked your flight back yet? I have not...but right now they are up at $139. ea. Greetings 5boyz My ds at Brock is 23 and promises that this is his last year in school We have booked our return flight back and it is the Sat eve flight and we snagged it for 89 as well. That is what we booked going down. Still deciding whether to spend the night in Buffalo because I can't pass up a chance to shop at Walden Galleria (My FAV MALL) Myself and dh live in St. Thomas which is not far from London.

Do you ever fly out of Detroit? We do ...I got flights this summer for 4 of us with Spirit for $374.52 US. We stayed over the night before and when we got back, it didnt feel such a long drive for us...we shopped abit ...... and then drove home....

ds is taking Therapeutic Recreation and Leisure Studies with the emphasis on recreation I do not think I know a Judy D. We usually do fly out of Detroit but the deals seemed better out of Buffalo. That is a great price for the four to fly that you got for your last trip. You would never beat that. I am currently online now trying to get my Brad Paisley tickets. I can not pass up a good country concert and he is in London the night before we fly out. We decided that this will be the official start to our holiday!!!

If people want to make their own spreadsheets, that is fine, but I would suggest not offering it up to others as my list is the only master list. I've been quite busy with work the past few weeks, so I don't always have a chance to update post #26. Mom2Brats had a few questions, so I figured I'd wait until I had a re from them to put them on the list.
