Now this is my kind of QOTD!

Two immediately come to mind, although they aren't totally considered "Disney" stars...but they were in Disney movies.

The Rock (Dwayne Johnson) in "The Game Plan"

Mark Wahlberg in "Invincible"

and of course, Johnny Depp (I still think the eyeliner has something to do with it!)

Trixie I bow down before your computer skills:worship: U rock girlfriend!! Totally agree on above pics. Haven't seen Invincible but boy is he hot!!

I thought of that too but I just can't seem to justify the extra cost when we already have two that will serve the purpose. That and we also drive to most of the parks rather than taking the bus and if she falls asleep we can leave her sleeping while we walk to the car rather than waking her if we had a rental to return.

It sounds like a good plan to me... I've always wanted to be carried to the car after a long day at Disney (nobody actually did it...)... they should have just gotten me a stroller for the last couple trips!

Someone told me the Mazda5 gets like 27 MPG for a mini-van. Hubby also likes the Nissan Rogues or Muranos. Right now I drive a 03 Passat and my payment is only 215/month! Not sure I can find something newer without my payment SKYROCKETING!!! Plus I commute at least 90 miles/day, so MPG is important! If I could fit us and all our stuff in a Ford Festiva I'd be all for it! (Yes, I'm a cheapskate)!! :rotfl2:

BRING ON THE CODES...Mama needs a new car! :cool1:

The Mazda5s are tiny... I was amazed that they called them a MiniVan, but I guess they DO fit the bill...

boy... I am second guessing working with AAA.... I just got the paperwork in the mail... from what she was supposed to have done with the AP rate... and its about $500 to much.... I called her back and explained to her that on her paperwork I was being charge $167 a night and not the $89 a night.... she says to me... well $167 is a great rate..... well ya it is but $89 is better.... I will give her some time to fix it... if not I am going to cancel with her and take care of this myself..... better not tell the code peeps.... or I might need to get my friend Mr Bond out.....

That's what I would do. I've been very happy with my TA. (she's not AAA though) She applied the AP discount either before I mentioned it to her, or immediately after I mentioned it, which happened to be after her "office hours."

Hey, a travel agent is only good if the travel agent gets you what you need! I'd only wait until the end of the day and then book myself were I in your situation, so that the AP rooms aren't all gone. (And yes, I'd book first, then cancel, just to be safe - to heck with what they think!!!)

I agree!

:woohoo: :woohoo: DH won the costume contest! :woohoo: :woohoo:

Yeah! What's the prize?

QOTD: I would have to go with Johnny Depp - he's my favorite! I just constantly am re-amazed at his acting ability.

Here's another of Mark...(it's hard to find ones with all his clothes on, and we need to keep this family-friendly)

QOTD- Johnny Depp, hands down!!! My little sister LOVES him and the Pirate movies. She has two HUGE posters of him in her room at my parents house.

I had fun at my DD's school today. All the kids in her class looked so cute! We're not allowed to bring in candy or goodies (I have no idea why), so myself and some other parents helped them with some fun Halloween crafts. Dismissal was at 11:30, so then I took her to McDonald's for a mom and daughter lunch. I will post pictures this weekend of her in costume and me and my DH as well.

Trixie- I love all the pictures. Also, I'm not surprised your DH won the costume contest. It looks great! Congrats on the cash and CANDY!!!

So I log on to see my Peeps, but my peeps see Marky Mark!:cool1: :lmao:

Hope all is well. I was so bummed when I read there was not code today. Bummer. What's up, I wonder?

Not too much happening here. My kids are currently watching The Nightmare Before Christmas for the first time. I always worried it'd be too scary. Scot and I love it. Now my kids are totally into it.

Soliel, your dd is adorable!:goodvibes

We listened to the Nightmare Before Christmas soundtrack last night while we carved "poonkins" (I just love how my little guy says pumpkins) of course daddy carved a Jack Skelington face, DD did kindof well hmmm it was suppose to be a pirate, & DS did a "true poonkin face" ie triangles.
