January 2009. . . Calling all Snowbirds ~ Part III !!!

We looked at both of the Nissans before we bought our second Subaru I loved the Murano but I really couldn't justify the price. We got our new one for $18000 & at 4.5 financing from Subaru the cheapest Nissan we could find was $25000 BIG Difference!!

My SIL is a HUGE Subaru fan. She just got a new Forester, also! I think they've had 4 since I've known them! May have to look into that! I have no problem buying something gently used, but sometimes the financing (payment) is better to buy new!

My boss came in as a pirate. A coworker as a mummy. Another has devil horms sticking out of her head. Another has cat ears.

Then, the department over there (*points* can't you see?) invited us over for food and their director turned up. He took us on a tour of their marine hydro lab. How cool is that? They have this pool/tank they use for testing and we got to ride over it.

Plus another faculty brought us donuts. After not eating for two days, I might not need to eat for another two!!!

oooh and now my doctor finally emailed me back and asked me to call her at home (!!!) tomorrow.

That sounds amazing!! M&M's will have to suffice for a late morning pick me up! I'm not used to being home in the middle of the day and all I wanna do is NAP!
