Hello Snowbirds,

I am glad that most of you are having a great afternoon.

We came back from a brief shopping experience since DS and DH got grumpy and sleepy on me. Now I am taking DS downtown to see what is there before DD comes home. I think I will have to take a friend or my mom shopping as my men don't have the will power to stick it out. Too bad DD is in school full time now, she loves shopping.

Thank you so much for the all the pictures so far. Thus far we have seen one princess (actually two, including mom) and many could be princes.

I hope everyone has a safe Hallowe'en evening. I will be back later to read all your new posts.

Last week her little friend Aidan walked up and kissed her on the lips. I nearly fell out! Belle and her three little girl friends (See-wah, Aba and Rabie aka Sarah, Ava and Railey) are in a 'kissy-huggy' phase and give each other a kiss goodbye every afternoon. Aidan didn't want to be left out.

Two years ago when I would pick up my DD from pre-school, her friend Jayden would constantly have his arm around her! It was so cute! She always used to hang out with all the boys, but it's not the case anymore. She had an all girls birthday party this year.

They grow so fast!!!!

I know my little lazy bones won't make it. We went to Hershey over the summer and just took a stroller for my daughter and ended up pushing him in it and carrying her by the end of the day. I thought about just renting a double but my daughter is only one and still naps so I want something comfy that reclines for her. Plus the $$$$ they charge now! We're driving so packing the two strollers we already own is much cheaper and easier. The stroller I'm taking for him is really lightweight umbrella kind that holds up to 55lbs. (Combi) and has a strap to throw it over your shoulder to carry it. I also rigged it- yes I've already been practicing- so that if he doesn't use it I can put the bottom wheels of Combi in the basket of the big Graco and bungee it to the top so we don't have to push an empty stroller. Please tell me that made sense?

Thanks for all the nice comments about DH everyone! He loves Halloween and worked very hard on the costume (so did MIL, who sewed the shirt and vest). The judging at his office is taking place as I type, so hopefully we'll recoup some of the money he put into it.

The eyeliner is my favorite part!

Yep, Snykymom was right, 82 days. I just picked my seats for our flight home yesterday, which was at 83 days. I heart Northwest, by the way.

My boss came in as a pirate. A coworker as a mummy. Another has devil horms sticking out of her head. Another has cat ears.

Then, the department over there (*points* can't you see?) invited us over for food and their director turned up. He took us on a tour of their marine hydro lab. How cool is that? They have this pool/tank they use for testing and we got to ride over it.

Plus another faculty brought us donuts. After not eating for two days, I might not need to eat for another two!!!

oooh and now my doctor finally emailed me back and asked me to call her at home (!!!) tomorrow.

Thanks Maggied. I posted the question on that thread too. . . I think she must have meant they don't participate in the Resort Airline Check-in (checking your bags early at your resort on your departure day), even though she clearly stated that - we would have to retrieve our own luggage at MCO because SW does not allow ME to pick it up anymore. This is either something that is brand new or she is confused. . .

I have to go with Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson. My Husband and I were able to meet him in the Pittsburgh Airport about six or seven years ago. He was very nice, friendly, he walked and talked with my Husband for probably 300 or 400 yards and autographed his ticket. As he left, he raised his eyebrow (like in the picture) and told us to have a great trip. Swoon! My Husband looked at me, smiled and rolled his eyes.

I'm happy to report that after a miserable weather week here in Buffalo, it is now 60 degrees! Yeah! It's a bit windy, but it's perfect trick or treating weather. I think I'm going to go take a quick nap. It's been a looonnng week!

Way too cute! My kindergartner likes to tell me that 2 boys "love" her. The teacher asked us if she talks about any particular boy a lot, and we said, no not really. Apparently one of the boys talks about Paige all the time and tells his parents that he loves her!! That's one of the 2 that she says loves her, so there must be something going on!! We have to tell her No kissing boys until you're at least 18!!

Oh my goodness! That is funny, but not funny at the same time. If Belle ever does that, Daddy will have a firm talk with her and Mommy will fall on her knees in prayer. Seriously! I pray all the time that Belle will not be boy crazy.

Thanks so much! The Belle costume in her size looked cheesey. Maybe next year. She does have blonde hair and blue eyes, so it kind of throws the whole Belle thing off.

Peanut1 also has a beautiful daughter named Belle - she's a blondie with blue eyes, too.
