Betty White as Grandma Mazur is a great choice. I like the brother in law from The Wedding Singer as Vinnie.

Yeah! Just found the thread and I LOVE THESE BOOKS!!! Last summer I read most of them and now I am all the way caught up! I have been re-reading them too! They are so addicting and I would love for them to be made into a mini-series or movie as long as the story stays true to the book!!!! I think Sandra Bullock would make a great Stephanie!!

Stephanie - Evanovich apparently has now moved on from wanting Sandra Bullock to preferring Anne Hathaway for Stephanie. It could work.

And that's a bad thing... why? And no matter how hard I try, I still can't picture any actor as Ranger.

In my brain that's easy - Vin Diesel! Just his voice epitomizes Ranger for me....guess he'd have to wear a wig or something though, since he shaves his head. Nah, if Tom Cruise can play Lestat, a bald guy can play Ranger.

Oh & thanks you guys! I started re-reading the series (yes, I re-read), & discovered I can't find book 5!!! I've been tearing my house apart! Since DH & I own over 1000 books between the 2 of us, going thru all the shelves, boxes & stacks is rather time consuming! (Yes, my house is the chaos you fear, all the time.)

Totally agree!!! The book-snob in me is embarassed to admit how much I love Nora Roberts/JD Robb. But hey, for me books are like movies or TV. Sometimes I want what I watch to be thought-provoking, or to stimulate my mind, to make me think about something I hadn't thought of before, or open my eyes to something.....but sometimes I just want to see a cool explosions!!!! (Which is what a Plum movie would have a lot of!!)
