We have used her for both our resale contracts. I was very impressed at how well she kept us imformed throughout the process. We would use her again if we werent already capped on points.

Called me every step of the way. Followed up on ROFR and informed me same day it cleared.

I read the recent post about a broker who didn't find out that Disney exercised the ROFR until two weeks after it was exercised! That shouldn't be a problem with Jackie. Very personable, professional and great follow through.

I found jaki to be very professional. I emailed a request for resort and use month and she contacted me immediately with a listing that was about to be listed. Unfortunately I needed a full contract and the seller removed points before sale. I decided I would continue to look.

Why are you capped on points? Is this self-inflicted capping or do you already have so many DVC points that they won't sell you any more?
