Itinerary in Excel Format - advice needed... Sept '05

Wow! It looks great! The only thing I was sorta wondering about was you gave yourself 1 hour to land at the airport and get checked into your Disney hotel....that may not be realistic, but I have never flown to WDW so I don't have any experience with that. And getting checked in and to the MK in 1 hour may not work out that fast....Epcot would, but I think you are right with the MK being the first park you go to....very magical!! :flower:

Remember that since you are staying on site you can take advantage of the EMH, so you might want to stay in a park later than the park times.

We have stayed at the Beach Club and BoardWalk Villas, you are going to love the location of the Swan! DH and I are planning our next trip and are thinking of the Swan! Post when you get back and let us know how you liked it! Epcot is the most romantic park in our opinion, I think you will like being so close...

You have some great meals planned, but you may want to check on Boma for lunch...I think they are only open for breakfast and dinner... You have a question mark for dinner at Epcot, my personal favorite is Le Cellier if you like steak....

It all sounds very romantic! Have fun! :cloud9:

the arrival day Im hoping to be to a park by 6 and thats landing at 2pm!
figure checkin, etc will take a while

We will be landing at 8 AM and will be getting a Town Car to drive us to the Swan. Actually will not be checking in until after we go to the MK and take the monorail back to Epcot then walk to the Swan. Check In is not until 3 PM (leave our bags at the Swan) so we would get back to the room around then to have about 3 hours to settle in before heading over to Epcot for the evening... So the only thing we would be doing when we first arrive is drop our bags off. Real Check In would be in the mid afternoon... This schedule is really more of a guide anyhow - for all I know as soon as we get there it may go completely out the door... Having been to disney nearly 20 times since I was 4, getting around the parks is pretty easy. I have not been since 1999, so this will be a great time when we do go...

One thing this proposed schedule did allow me to do is see that there is likely plenty of time to go to Universal and still see what we want to at WDW... My GF has never been to Universal or IOA and I have never been to IOA so it will be a good break a couple of times in the trip to see another park. Makes time at the WDW ones even better too... We will not get bored with them... Thanks for the input so far!
