Issue With Last Minute Trip

Husband and I have annual passes we haven't validated yet. I just booked a quick weekend stay over Memorial Weekend and when I went to make park reservations, it says it is valid with Annual Pass but not for the resort I selected. Do I have to call someone if we both have annual passes? Sorry, first time we have had this issue.

Are you staying on site? If so, it sounds like the system is looking for available reservations from the resort guest bucket and there are none available. They have set things up so that resort guest status takes priority over passholder. I have seen in other threads that people were able to call and get help to work around that so that they could reserve from the passholder bucket if there is availability.
