Is Vero Beach sold out?

I was just wondering whether or not DVC has finally sold out the Vero Beach property.

I thought someone might post with more recent info. The notice about it being at 90% sold-out is still on the Member Site.

Talked to my guide today and he said VB is "sold out".They may have a few VB points come up on "ROFR" and credit applications not being approved in recent closings.
