I hope things get better for you this week! I always get crazy before a trip because I try and get so many things done so that may be part of it for you. Just take a deep breath and try not to stress about anything you can't change and that might help with the stuff you can deal with. If that doesn't work then imagine you're already at Disney! It will all work out and be great![]()
Thanks! I haven't taken such a big trip with the kids before so I'm stressing that. Along with everything else. Blech. I just can't wait until I get to Disney so I can relax!!!
I knew something had to be going on because you never go that many days without an update, except for vacation. I have been eating worse too. Still eating good stuff, just more of it. My weight is not moving. Good its not going up but wish it was going down. Oh well.
I just hope you don't fall too far off the wagon. You don't want to feel like crap before running the race. I think you'll be fine with your longest run of 8 miles but if you are feeling sluggish from the diet you will run slower. Set yourself up for success. You've come too far not to finish now.
I have completely fallen off the wagon. I don't even want to go to Zumba today but I will force myself to go. I know I will enjoy myself once I get there. Oh well. I want to eat better but I do not want to make food. That is what happens when I get stressed. I stop cooking/prepping and just go for whatever is easy and available. I just need to get our stuff packed and then I think I will be able to relax a little. I just do not have a free day from now until we leave. lol Fall is always a crazy time for me and I probably should have known better than scheduling a vacation right now. It sounded like a good thing at the time. lol
