My sons teacher LOVES disney. As part of her end of school year gift I was hoping my son could take a photo with the character and my son holding a sign.

My son hold up a sign that says something like: "thank you"
and the character will hold up a sign that says "Mrs ____"

Or my son's sign says "best Teacher" or something.

Will the charcter handlers ALLOW this? I know some characters physically can not hold signs..but Lets say the ones that could? (like Mickey or a princess?)

Do I ask permission from the handler first?

looking for thoughts and opinions or any other great teacher gifts/ideas from Disney.:flower3:

That sounds like a great idea! The characters would love to do it. No need to ask the attendant about it. :)

I figured I'd help you out with the list of some characters who wouldn't be able to hold the sign:
  • King Louie (but Baloo can hold it!)
  • Ralph (but Vanellope can hold it!)
  • Sulley
  • Mike

OP,
That is so nice and cool!!!! Whenever some of my kids have gone off to Orlando to visit the parks, they always bring back a little trinket and I have loved it! I would love the picture even more!
