As per the title.
Years back there were 800 numbers, primarily for TA's. Non TA's would become aware of them. Disney kept changing them every so often but finally discontinued them as 'no additional charge' long distance calling became commonplace. There is no toll free number.
I don't recall them ever having a toll free number but if they did it was yers and years and years ago.
You could buy a pricy DVC contract, and pay a bunch in annual dues ... But they do "give" you a member-only 800 number for booking
Definitely not Disney property.I've heard rumors there was one many, many years ago, but there isn't one now and there hasn't been in at least the last 10 years.
I fully understand DVC, it's an amazing deal for staying at a deluxe. You obviously do not understand DVC. LOL
The contract pays for itself in a matter of a few trips and you stay Deluxe. There is NO WAY you could ever go to Disney and stay for a week on what you pay in dues, not even at a value.
Maybe you could do a Motel 6.Definitely not Disney property.
You do have the phone number piece correct, however.
It was shut off in 2008.
LOL.. Your idea of what it costs for a week at Disney and mine are very different. Besides, you have way more than the cost of dues to buying DVC. We've priced it out and no way is it cheaper for us to buy DVCYou obviously do not understand DVC. LOL

I'm wondering just how many people still pay long distance any more. Can't be very many, I'd think. Even my 70+ yo parents have cell phones that call long distance for no charge.
