Is there something else like fastpass?

I just got back from WDW and a friend of mine is insisting that she knows someone who went to Disney and paid an extra fee for a pass that allowed her to go to the fastpass line for any ride using her room key. There's nothing like that at WDW. Is there something like that at DL?

no there is not. Six flags has a program like that, but not Disney. They may have in the past, I don't know, but they do not at this time.

Nope, not at DLR (thank God). But there is a front of the line pass at Universal Hollywood.

They have that program if staying at one of the Universal Orlando Resort hotels (use your room key to get Express line access), but there's nothing like that at WDW or DL.

The someone who knows someone who knows someone else (exaggerating for effect) had a communication breakdown somewhere along the way. It just is not true at DLR or WDW.

The closest thing to this is staying onsite at WDW which gets you EMH privileges, and at DLR you can get extra EE days if you stay onsite. But these are not FP.

Also, the YOMD dream squads give out dream FPs at random.

They may have indeed gone to Disney. They may have indeed paid an extra fee for FOTL. But they did not pay an extra fee for FOTL at Disney.

There is a confusion between Fast pass at Disney, which is included free with any park admission and Universal's FOTL pass which is free when staying at a Universal Hotel or an upcharge when buying a Universal park ticket when not staying at a Universal Hotel either on your part, or your friend's part.
