No, I would say to either go to one of the resort maybe GF-great atomsphere and I think there is a cigar bar or bar upstairs, or my favorite have a drink or two somewhere around the world.

All I can say is Italian Margaritas at Epcot World Showcase LOL LOL LOL.... Happily, I've never seen anyone completely bombed although I do not doubt for a moment that it actually occurs.
