Hello. We went to both DLR and WDW in 2011. I remember that we rode a Monsters, Inc ride (original movie theme and not Monster's U).

We will be in WDW in Dec and I would like to take my DS1 who is going to be 5. He was only 2 when he first rode it and really liked it. DS2 who is only 1 will also be with us this time.

So is it in WDW - I thought its in HS but I couldn't find it on the map - I'm hoping that they did not replace it.

The only Monster's Inc. attraction that I know of is at MK in Tomorrow Land: Monster's Inc. Laugh Floor. Not a ride but a comedy show.

DLR has a Monsters Inc ride, it is a taxi ride through the original movie scenes sort of.

The Monsters Inc ride is in Disney California Adventure at DLR. It's in Hollywood Land there which may be why you remembered it being in Orlando at DHS.

I wish there was! Monsters, Inc. is at the top of my favorite list and my DD's current obsession. The one at DLR is such a great dark ride and it'd be nice to see it find a home in either MK or DHS one day.

Bummer! I thought it was at HS!! Oh well, just need to do some thing else then.

Even though it's a different attraction, definitely take your DS to the Monster Inc Laugh Floor in MK. He'll get a kick out of seeing the monsters and it's a fun show that engages the audience. Who knows maybe you'll get to be "that guy" :)

No idea why, but my husband has been picked twice to be "that guy". The first time was during a MNSSHP. We were dressed as a caveman and cavewoman. It was really funny. The second time though he was dressed in just regular park attire.

Yep, I was "that guy" ............somehow I knew it was going to happen before I sat down. Just a wierd feeling I had, lol. The rest of the family was loving it...........me, not so much :faint: . I am not really into that sort of thing. To this day its a family joke why dad will not go into the laugh floor again, lol :rotfl2:.

But it is a funny attraction........... wish I could go again :scared1:

Love monsters inc laugh floor! DS's joke got picked and DD was chosen as Boo. It was so much fun!

We never miss the comedy show! It's the same cookie-cutter template for each showing, but since it relies so heavily on audience participation, it's like a new experience every time.

Definitely try to catch this if you are Monsters fans!

Yeah - we went to DLR in Feb 2011 then in WDW in July 2011 so I mixed up the attractions in my mind. Lol! Also, I'm really wishing its in HS since we're going to WDW and not in DLR this year.

We will definitely try this attraction instead!

The Laugh Floor is hilarious. Definitely try it out...you won't be disappointed!

And make sure you text in a joke before the show starts...it's always fun when they use your joke!

We love it! My DD was picked as Boo our first time and it is one of my favorites memories!

Both you and your son will love it. I think the adults actually have more fun in there than the kids. :) Enjoy!
