IRELAND at CRO, AWESOME!!!

I just called CRO to make some reservations and ask a ton of questions and I talked to the NICEST CM ever.

Her name was Ireland and she was so helpful. She answered every question, added on some personal thoughts she thought would help, made suggestions, told me honest information about coded and discounts and knew exactly what she was talking about.

Just wanted to share.

I've had some bad luck with CRO and this really made me feel good.

So what kind of deposit & cancellation policy did you get on your CRO reservation? I hear they are changing policies. ~~

I just got a 5 day cancellation and a one night deposit. Ballance is due upon arrival. Better than WDTC.
