Internet from Other Resorts?

If I'm a WDW guest at POR, can I travel to another hotel and pay for WiFi and use it? POR only has dialup however I use broadband so that's not an option. Can anyone help me out?

Of course you can. Once you are in one of the wi-fi areas your pc will attempt to locate a network and you will be prompted to login and sign up (not through Disney, but through the wi-fi provider there)

Whooohoo!! Grand Floridian WiFi time! Eh, that might be too far though. I think CSR has WiFi

It says that guests of certain resorts may use this, but I'm thinking they added that becuase not all resorts have them. Since Smartcity bills you, they have no idea where you are staying, just where you're located at the moment. It also lists the wi-fi areas.
