Sure, we all love Peter Pan & Snow White, but what lower key Disney movie do you like...& consequently wonder why more people don't like the movie.

My favorite not-so-popular movie faves are:

live action:
Treasue Island

Wasnt the live action Jungle Book that came out about 9 yrs ago a Disney movie? We took 10 little boys to see it for my sons birthday, they were about 9 yrs old, and you could have heard a pin drop! They didn't get rowdy till after the movie at the pizza parlor!.

I loved Hercules, and apparently most people don't. I thought James Woods as Hades was brilliant and laugh out loud funny.

I absolutely love Dinosaur, Atlantis, and The Emperor's New Groove.

The Emperor's New Groove is hands down one of the most funniest Disney Movies I've seen.

Love the Aristocats. Hercules was definitely under-rated (have to LOVE the Charleton Heston intro). And Emperor's New Groove was another great one.

As far as "live" films go: I fondly remember the 70s films (ahh when I was young) Escape From Witch Mountain, Freaky Friday, North Avenue Irregulars, Happiest Millionaire, and the more recent remake of The Parent Trap! (as if you couldn't guess that one!)

Animated, Hercules, definately!!

Live-action, The Three Musketeers (with Kiefer, Oliver & Charlie!)
and definately the new version of The Parent Trap... my DH and I LOVE both of these movies!!!!!!!

I love Tim Curry and Oliver Platt in The Three Musketeers... there are some great 1 liners in that movie, made by Oliver Platt.

And I just love the new Parent Trap... the little girl does a great job, and there is chemistry between the parents, for sure. Plus, Randy Quaid is sure nice to look at!

And as someone mentioned, James Woods is awsome as Hades!

Two of my most favorite live action Disney movies that always makes people go "HUH?" are: Escape to Witch Mountain (come out on DVD already!) and The Cat from Outter Space (waiting for that on DVD also.

I can't remember if this was Disney so someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I also liked The Ugly Dachshund
