Just got back from sweetpea's softball game......and she kicked butt!

Its rough when you cant find things printed with your name on them. My name isnt unusual, but the spelling is more common for a boys name than a girls name. So no cute things with my name on them growing up. But I got over it.

I can't find anything with Emilee either, so in a way I regret spelling it different (though there are 2 other Emilee's in our school - with under 200 students k-12)! But on the other hand, in the scheme of life, how often do we need our name on stuff?? So, I just buy stuff I can personalize

The only reason I even though about it (because it's easy to find Becky or Rebecca) is because in high school one of my best friends was named Shaheen (he's Iranian). He is SOOO bitter that in grade school everyone had pencils and rulers with their names on them- but could you ever find "Shaheen"? Nooooo.

Hello all. Another beautiful glorious day. Working on senior project so I am not a college failure.

I hate doing this. I'm sure the my professor has written me off and assumes I'm not doing it since of course I have waited until the last possible minute to do this stupid thing. I hope she is in good spirits and has time to grade it. And I at least get a C. That's all I want/need. And I just need to get this stupid project off of my shoulders. WHY WHY WHY do I procrastinate?

Is it working for me? Ummm. No.

And that lady didn't call Mark back today. He's going to call her tomorrow, and hopefully, all will be well and good and magical.

In an effort to recruit nursing students, we have luncheons for them where we give them info on a topic and tell them how great our hospital is. They decided to have nurses give the presentation, so about once a year we get called in to do Stupid Crap.


Tomorrow is my Stupid Crap Day, and I haven't even begun. I better get to hoppin.

Argh- right now I am printing out lots and lots of articles for the lit review part of my paper.

Oh well. I am really good at writing papers. I just don't want to do it.... I build it up and then DREAD it.

I have to admit...I don't have a stupid crap day tomorrow --I have the day off!!! Yippee.

But...like Becky, I have homework to do. I am procrastinating like crazy turning in 4 petition-for-credits that will save me from taking the last 4 courses I need, but do you think I can even get started??? Somebody kick me in the a*$, please!
