Inexpensive jeans

I'm a Cello (very curvy with a flat backside) shaped person with a v. short torso and lonnnngggg legs. The pants and jeans that fit me best right now come from Aeropostale. Their clothes aren't expensive to begin with, and they're always running coupons and sales. I'm not hopped up on the label - its what my teenage dear relations wear, after all - but no one can actually see the label on pants or jeans when I'm wearing them!:thumbsup2

About 3-5 years ago, I used to wear Calvin Klein, but they changed the cut on their jeans, and the new ones just don't fit very well.

I also had luck about 2 years ago with one particular brand of Gap jeans, curvy fit. . .but then that one pattern was discontinued. Ah well. Aeropostale always fits!

I read on here that Macy's was having a sale and you get $10 macy's cash for every pair of denim you buy. You may just want to make a day of it and try on a lot. I got a pair of Tommy Hilfiger jeans from there last year for $8. Too bad I gained a little and they do not fit. They were my I want to be able to wear these purchace. :lmao:

I have jeans from Old Navy, Gap, Vera Wang (love these, Kohl's clearance)and Lee. I do not beleive you can go down a size in Lee as others have mentioned. BTW very hard for me to but jeans also. I was a 14S and now a 10S (the Tommy's are 8 w/o as much stretch as the rest), so I definatly feel your pain.

Also, If you have more than one Good will in your area try them both. Ours cary very different stuff.

Interesting, "too much in the hips and rear" is why a lot of my wife's friends buy men's jeans, because they are cut bigger in the butt.

Maybe cut bigger in the butt, but not in the hips. In any case, they don't come near to fitting me.

Try old navy, the diva fit work great for me. I also carry my weight in my hips.

I second Old Navy I'm 5"3' 137 lbs Old Nany jeans have always worked best for me, while you're going through this weight loss look at the clearence racks, in the past I have gotten jeans for as little as $5 but that's been a while. I just got a pair two weeks ago for $20.
ALSO my other BIG seceret for jeans is ................... Good Will :thumbsup2
always $5 jeans. If you're only going to be wearing them for a short amount of time don't spend a lot on them, just buy classic styles.

Seeing as how I am in the same boat, needing new jeans and not wanting to pay the price for the ones I liked, and secondly, even they didn't fit that great. I have been biting the bullet and buying Silver jeans, but what drives me nuts is the way they slide down all the time. (crack!)

I have an athletic build, so I don't have a slender build. I was going to go look for levi's or Old Navy.

Good Luck...I hate buying jeans as much as a bathing suit!
