For WW...I follow the "old school" points plan - the original. I know they've changed the system, tweaked it here and there - they are running a business. They HAVE to keep updating to keep people coming thru their doors. However, the original plan has worked well for me - I'm comfortable with it, and so that's what I do. God forbid I should ever lose my "points finder" slide rules (I have 2)....I will be one lost, sad, sorry soul![]()
At the minute I am in two minds as to whether I should continue with the calorie counting or go back and follow WW - I had good results the first time round with WW and I find it pretty easy to follow.
I always stick to the original points plan (which from what ive read here and on the Peeps thread is slightly different in the US to the UK). I just can't get on board with the new versions they keep fetching out
I
the points finder! If you ever lose both of yours (which would be very unlucky
) let me know - I have 3 and my mum has two!
The problem I have with calorie counting is knowing what calories are in things - obviously not things with labels on, I know where to find calories then
Its the fresh, homemade things I struggle with
Hmm, maybe thats my mind made up for me then - it won't hurt to give WW another try, plus knowing I would go to weekly weigh-in classes would act as an incentive
ETA - I nearly added a dancing banana instead of the little woohoo man, but im not feeling the love for the banana on this thread

)
They haven't managed to make me stop shopping there, though. Cheap outweighs everything in my twisted brain.
) Let's see. I also hate it when people are stupid - or at least, do stupid things (I'll put Liz's MIL in category 2 there...she *may* be a "1" but I don't know her, so I'll give her the benefit of the doubt here)
They are supposed to work. All the time. Every time. It's their JOB.
