I'd Like a 45 pt BWV Transfer or Rental

I am looking for someone who has a BWV home and a Feb use year (or can transfer for 1/06 use) to transfer me 45 points or do a 45 point rental. I want to book a standard studio for Jan 15-20, 2006. I know these are hard to get so am hoping someone can transfer me the points or rent it for me so I can get one. I will pay $10. a point.
(If I'm wrong in my understanding your transfer sticks with its original home please correct me. I've never had anyone transfer me points.)
