I Want to Sell Tee-Tee to Other People!!! - July 2013 TR *UPDATE 4/29 pg. 73*

I agree. Duffy DOES make a perfect gift. I am a little biased, but still. And aren't the Majesty Makers fun??? It never occurred to me to get a photo with them.

I just love Pan. It's funny too given it's popularity that I bought a set of magnets of the old Magic Kingdom tickets, and Pan was a "C". Also a "C"? The Treehouse. :faint:

Oh you and your Galactic Hero status. I think they need to add some new levels since this is clearly way too easy for you, lol.

Hmmm, I honestly don't ever think I've seen HM down. Obviously seen it stop a lot, but I've never seen it down. :scratchin

I've decided to bite the bullet and get myself a Duffy. You've swayed me!

The Buzz ride photos are on point. Congrats, Galactic Hero!!

I'm on a mission to find all the Pascals my next trip. I'm up to 6 or 7, I think. It's so much fun.

Great update, Danielle.

The kids just look so cute and happy with their Duffy bears.

I didn't know you could get a button at Buzz for that score.

I read somewhere to be "that guy" you had a better chance if you sit by one of the poles?

Gavin looks like you.

I love the picture of you with both of the boys...very sweet.

I didn't know there were hidden Pascals; I'll have to have Mark try and find them in September.

Congrats on the score :thumbsup2
It looks like you had such a fun morning. I can't wait to get back there!

I know, I can't wait to get back either! It's soon for all of us! :goodvibes

Well look at you!!! You killed it!

Love ALL the pictures with Duffy:rotfl: Perfect purchase!

I cannot wait to see the NFL....counting down!!! What's not to love about the Peoplemover, right? I call it my let's take a couple of spins to get off our feet ride :lmao: We do love it!

I try, I try. :rotfl2:

Duffy(s) were the absolute perfect purchase! So glad that we got them for the boys.

I can't wait for you to see everything too! You're going to love all of it.

I totes want to get to Ohana again, it's been so long and I would love to try it out again soon! It looks like it was a complete blast, especially Pluto! Super happy he was in a great mood that morning!! :)

Yay for MK fun!! That pic of Gavin with the side eye and the one where he's stroking or slapping the bust's face actually made me laugh out loud bahaha, they're great!!

You should put Ohana on your list on one of your upcoming trips! I love the breakfast there.

Gavin is a funny one sometimes. Not as outwardly hilarious as Joaquin, but he has his moments. :lmao:

The Majesty Makers were tons of fun! I haven't seen them too many times, so I had to make sure to get pictures.

I have those magnets too! I know, it's funny when you take a look at how the rides were ranked back in the day.

I'm totally up to the challenge! Look at it this way though, I still haven't cracked the nut on TSM. ;)

I'm pretty sure this was pretty much the first time I've seen the Haunted Mansion down.

Get a Duffy! I kind of want one too, not gonna lie.....

I'm going to try to find all of the Pascal's too. Didn't get the chance on our January trip.

Great update, Danielle.

You can get one, you have to go to the counter to get your ride photo. And then if they notice, you can get one. I have had to ask before, but I don't care. I will totally ask. :rotfl2:

Sit by the poles, got it. I have to remember that for the next time we ride.

Yup, there are hidden Pascals. Makes the area a lot of fun.

Hey Danielle.. catching up here.

I can completely see where a shrunken head on a stick could be a weapon. I'm shocked no one bought those for the boys. Just the intimidation factor alone is enough to make me choose a Duffy instead!

Oh man, sorry about the migraine. Glad that you were able to rest it off for the most part. Sounds like shopping was medicinal.

Glad to see the boys loved the Duffys. Their antics with them made for some entertaining moments. The first time I saw Duffy I wondered who the heck he was and what was the story behind this new character. Still not completely sure who he is other than Mickey's teddy.

Thanks for sharing that epic Pluto interaction. So funny! I'm an 'Ohana fan for Stitch AND Mickey waffles!

Ha ha! Those are some great Buzz photos! Especially you dad with that look on his face. Speaking of Pops, he would definitely be an awesome "that guy!" Can you imagine the special treat that the audience would get from him.

Great job finding the Pascals! They blend in far too well for me. ;)

Looks like a fun MK day with the boys so far.

I'd be so sad if HM was down. It's my absolute fave.

I didn't know in July about the Pascals. They're on my to-do list.

We try to basically use the logic, if it can be used as a weapon, we won't get it for the boys. However, at the same times, boys are boys, and they can get creative. :rotfl2:

Duffy really isn't anything but Mickey's Teddy Bear. :rotfl: However, he's HUGE in Tokyo Disney, which is where he originated. I think they were hoping he would catch on here like he does there. Everyone in Tokyo takes their Duffy really seriously I hear.

I'm pretty much all for signing up for anything that has Mickey waffles. :rotfl:

It's my absolute favorite too. I was a bit sad, I have to admit.

You definitely have to try to find the Pascals. It's a lot of fun.

What better place to start the day then to head into Fantasyland, right?

Right! :thumbsup2 I might just make that my life's motto.

Love the carousel pics, you are all so adorable.
You guys had a great morning and got a lot done! Way to go on Buzz, I can't get anywhere near that. :lmao:

Pop would make a fantastic "That Guy" -- some day it's his, I'm sure!

I only found one Pascal, :sad2: pathetic!

Never heard of looking for Pascals - I always learn something new when I read your reports! It made me think of looking for lizards in the Japan Pavilion in Epcot, something we started with DS years ago and it's a tradition that has continued....

So far a pretty perfect morning. You got right on some great rides and Duffy's are still in hand so you are good. :thumbsup2

Great update! That would have been awesome if your dad would have been "that guy". Haha!

All caught up!

I seriously love your nephews! They are too adorable and hilarious! I find myself laughing out loud while reading your TR :thumbsup2

Can't wait to read more!

Finally caught up again! What a bummer that HM was down after all of that!

Cute pics of the boys though! Looks like you were having a good day, overall!

Your Epcot story from the day before was killing me! I would have slugged my brother if he was dawdling when were already late to an ADR! :rotfl2:

Via Napoli was great though! We really it there so I'm glad you did too!

Right! :thumbsup2 I might just make that my life's motto.

Hahaha, it would be a great motto.

We did get a lot done, even though we didn't get to the park right at the time it opened. It was definitely a great day.

I looked high and low for the Pascal's. And I'm positive that I didn't even come close to finding all of them.

Well I'm glad that I can pass new information your way!

Looking for lizards in the Japan Pavilion. That's pretty awesome.

It really was a perfect start to the day.

I'm hopeful that one day it will happen. :rotfl:

All caught up!

They are a funny bunch of kiddos, that's for sure. It's always entertaining when they're around! I laugh out loud with them all the time. It's always something.

I was bummed, but we had plenty of other things to do.

Believe me, it was tempting to punch my brother in that moment. But I realized that I needed to have some restraint, so I resisted. :rotfl:

Given that we had been waiting in line for the Haunted Mansion, and the ride shut down, we had to find something else to do.

Gavin had been talking about riding Splash Mountain for the whole trip. So, we figured we would head that direction and see what the line looked like. When we got there, the wait was posted at 50 minutes. However, the line didn't look like it was 50 minutes long, but it was hard to tell. Joaquin got really excited, because he thought the ride looked like tons of fun. We had Space Mountain fastpasses that would come due during the time we would be riding.

So, I had the conversation with the boys. It was ride this, or go ride Space Mountain. Gavin wasn't planning on riding Space Mountain, so his answer was a given. Joaquin had to think about it. However, I think the "immediate" satisfaction of Splash Mountain was tempting him. So he opted for Splash.

Mom was not in the mood to possibly get wet, so she held on to all of the goods. Bags, Duffy's, you name it, she had it.

The line was definitely not 50 minutes long. We waited more like 30 minutes. Soon, we were ready to ride. Joaquin went with Poppy and Gavin came with me.

Joaquin and Poppy apparently are cut from the same cloth.

Gavin, well. He thought this was his favorite ride. Until we got on it, and he started freaking out the second we got in our log. I had to keep telling him it would be fine, it's fine, it's fine, it's fine. I'm holding on to his leg in the picture because I'm afraid he's actually going to climb out of the log.

No, not really, but still. Dramatic!

Mama was down on the ground trying to get a picture of us, but it didn't really work out. She got this instead.

After our trip to the Briar Patch, it was time for us to eat.

Brenda, you'll be familiar with what I'm about to describe.

We were in the area, so we decided to try out Tortuga Tavern. It's not somewhere we'd been before, because in the past it wasn't open all of the time, so I figured, why not.

Yeah, those nachos that you can get at La Cantina in the Mexico Pavilion? Stomp on these nachos. Like, you can't even call these nachos. And trust me, I like crappy nacho cheese. But it just left a lot to be desired.

We did have some really cute ducky companions too. I love Disney ducks!

In case you're curious, you can get grub and grog at Tortuga Tavern. Not sure what I ate qualified as grub......

After we ate our (was it food? I'm still not sure), we stumbled across this guy.

We stopped for a little while to watch, but the boys actually didn't have a lot of interest.

Since we were in the area, we figured why not go see some pirates!

I tried and kind of failed to get the picture of Blackbeard.

Redhead anyone?

After our ride through the Caribbean, we decided that after our crappy lunch, a not crappy snack was in our sights.

Citrus swirl!!! This was on my list of things I wanted to eat on this trip. I didn't want to miss it.

We got the boys chocolate and vanilla swirl, because they were not wanting the citrus. Okay then.

I enjoyed it! I can't say that I like the citrus better than pineapple, because they're too different to decide. I like them both equally. :)

At this point, Joaquin was acting kind of tired. He was sitting across from me at the table and I asked him what's wrong?

Joaquin: I'm sleepy. I think it's because of all of the sugar I've had.

Tell it like it is kiddo. This child just cracks me up all of the time.

After our snack, the boys wanted to move on to Epcot. They had been asking about it, and we had also promised that we would be seeing Duffy. Couldn't pass that up.

We took the monorail to the TTC and hopped over to the Epcot monorail. It actually didn't take us too long, but I actually didn't get any pictures along the way! I think I had Epcot on the brain or something.

Aaaaahhh, Epcot. Beautiful thing you are.

The boys had been begging to go on Spaceship Earth, so we obliged and took them on.

I didn't take any pictures throughout the ride, because I just wanted to enjoy myself. You know, sometimes I think I want to take a trip and not take any pictures, just enjoy along the way. But then I remember that I have trip reports to write that people enjoy, so I rethink that.

Gavin and I had some mild cheese heads in our future.

I had my dork face on.

We started heading into World Showcase, but not without getting some PP pictures.

Joaquin reminds me of a marionette in that picture for some reason, with what he's doing with his mouth. Child is a weirdo.

Oh this one....I mean come on, you guys should be used to it by now.

Up next: A very important bear. And......child......you want to battle me over not eating your dinner? You'll lose.

Joaquin and Poppy apparently are cut from the same cloth.

Oh Yes they are. That is toooo funny!!! :rotfl2: And great at the same time. Be afraid , be very afraid. :rotfl2:

Yeah, those nachos that you can get at La Cantina in the Mexico Pavilion? Stomp on these nachos. Like, you can't even call these nachos. And trust me, I like crappy nacho cheese. But it just left a lot to be desired.

You might have been slightly better of going to Pecos Bill's and using the fixing bar for your nachos. I think they need to go to nacho school. :rotfl:

Citrus swirl!!! This was on my list of things I wanted to eat on this trip. I didn't want to miss it.

MMMMMM It has been a while since I have hunted down the citrus swirl- Need to put it on the list. ::yes::

I can always count on Joaquin to give me a laugh. Those are very sweet pictures 4 out 5 are smiling..... :lmao:

Uh Oh on up next - sounds like the littles hit the wall.

Those PP pictures are precious even though Joaquin was having a hard time being serious. :rotfl: One of my nephews is exactly like that when it comes to posing. Why even try?

OMG - Splash Mountain - Poor Gavin is trying SO hard NOT to cry. Poor kid. So what was the verdict? Will he ever ride it again?

Sorry your lunch was crap, but your snack looks so relish.

Great day so far. Too funny J declared he had too much sugar. I know that feeling kid! :rotfl:

Oh my gosh that look on Joaquin's face on Splash Mountain is too adorable! That's just pure childhood happiness! Like you mentioned though your dad has the same exact look :rotfl:

Sorry your nachos weren't good they do look good though!

Hopefully Joaquin wakes up after seeing Duffy!
