Nachos, dang that looks like what I got of the $.99 menu at Taco Bell the other day. Kind of glad that they are never open now.

Citrus swirl, is that pineapple and vanilla? I such a bad diser, i've only had a dole whip once and it gave me such heartburn i'm afraid to try it again. They just look so good.

Great Splash Mountain picture. Poppy and Joaquin having a fabulous ride together - that is what Disney time is all about. Poor Gavin. Even though he's looking kind of fearful, the picture still captures what was that moment in time, and I'm sure it is a nice memory for you. It's nice to see that he lived through it and was smiling at Epcot later on.

Joaquin always has a hard time being serious. It's a fact of life with that one.

He wasn't a fan of it, but he won't admit it. However, he will go on it again in the future. Because his parents will say so.

The snacks definitely made up for the lunch snafu.

Haha, he was so funny when he declared he'd had too much sugar! And he had only had a little bit that day. Acting like all we'd fed him at that point was sugar.

It is the look of childhood happiness, right? It turned out pretty perfect. He just looks so happy.

They did look good! They just didn't hold up to the expectations that I had. Not at all like the nachos from La Cantina.

We did kind of all match at that point. Pop and I due to the fact that we wanted to hang on to the kids. Joaquin because....I'm actually not sure.

They did! Duffy had a strong pull. But oddly enough, everything about Epcot ended up being their favorite! Test Track, Soarin', Spaceship Earth. You name it, they loved it!

Nope, the citrus swirl is orange and vanilla. You have to go to Sunshine Tree Terrace to get it. The dole whip is the pineapple and vanilla.

They were having the best time. It is absolutely what Disney time is all about. Gavin's scared pictures will just be memories for us to relive with him. "Remember when you didn't like...."
