Wow! How annoying. Glad to hear other people do test payments in small amounts and I am not crazy! Could you imagine if it was a full payment you were fighting for :sad2:

Hmm, now you are making me nervous. I just went for the whole payment. No testing involved. I guess I will see if it worked in a few days.
 
I've been primarily booking JetBlue for the past two years and I find the website and app are always super buggy. The website goes down for maintenance more than any other airline I check. The app doesn't refresh my trips unless I logout/login again and anytime I search for a flight it pauses my music which is super annoying. A recent promo was also released (yesterday I think) and e-mailed out again today so that may be driving some additional traffic to the website causing it to be buggy.

I've never had this much trouble before. I finally got it to go through on the app. I had gotten all the way through to clicking the booking button and the app gave me a giant sad face and told me they were having problems and to go to Priceline to book. Umm no thanks!
 
I've paid so many mortgage payments, dance tuitions, car loans, and more with plastiq and never, ever had a problem. I understand the worry but try not to. I think the problems are more rare. Now that I've publicly put that out there, I'm sure I'm jinxed lol.

I wasn't 100% positive I had their correct address attached to the ECH that came up through plastiq. I thought it was but had SM'd to find out the address because I couldn't get a current statement on their website cause PNC is awful and when I didn't hear back within 24 hours I just used what Plastiq had. Then the SM gave a totally different address from the two I'd found before so I don't think they knew what they were talking about. In the meantime I'd gotten a statement in the mail because I turned paperless off and it had the address I had picked so I figured it would all work out but I wasn't going to feel good about it until I actually saw it posted.
 

That would of really sucked. We would probably of missed the payment, and been charged a late fee. 👎

I am sure it will be fine. I am just extremely paranoid something will get messed up. Every time I get a new CC I pay off a small amount like $25 after the first charge through my bank to make sure it worked HAHAHA If in the weird off chance it doesn't, I feel better knowing it happened with a small amount.

Wow! How silly. I saw that one night late when there was website maintenance. It is funny because I was browsing the Priceline app for WDW hotels earlier today and it won't search for me. Uninstalled and downloaded again. Nothing. Dead app 😂
 
I don't know if this has been said before, but I finally went through and cleaned up all my Chase links. The old Freedom Unlimited links that used to go to the old $150 offer is now going to the 3% offer. There are a few people out there that had this old offer up and still have it listed as $150.
 
Finally some good news! Hubby is finally conditionally approved for GE!

Don't know if it was miraculous timing or what that it happened to update a few days after we sent an email inquiring about it, but it changed over yesterday. (I'm sure we were just premature with our very diplomatic WTH? email, uh huh :rolleyes1 ) AND he did get an email about the status change... he just totally missed/ignored it yesterday :rolleyes: He complains that I stalk him with the few logins I have for him - mostly the ones I have to create for him, like this one - but if I wasn't checking in today who knows when he might have noticed?

So ok great, what crazy date is PHL out to now? … Oct 30! :laughing:
When we didn't get it by June I kinda figured it's a long shot to do it at PHL in time for our Sept trip. Fortunately we have a few options and right now we have an appointment scheduled in EWR. There was a sooner one in JFK but I think that's more expensive for us to travel than Newark, so we did that for now and will stalk a few places for the next couple weeks. For those out on the other side of the state, PIT has appointments starting Aug 13 so still pretty reasonable out there.

Since it's not really a "necessity" for this trip, given how we're traveling, I asked if he wanted to just do it in Anchorage or Fairbanks while we are away and will be there anyway picking up rental cars. I think one of them had an appointment for tomorrow available, so should be pretty easy to schedule. :laughing: But I think he wants to try out TSA Precheck for this trip so we'll see how it goes. Now I get to stalk the site daily to see if we can get a better appointment.
 
Has anyone used the admirals lounge at DCA, DFW, LAX? I am contemplating getting a personal citi AA. Not sure if I want platinum or the executive. I have until the middle of August before it’s time for the biz. If not then I’m going for the cippy #2.
 
I feel like it is so much work to earn that much with SB. I will do the occasional offer but every time I try surveys it never works. I’d rather just sign up for 2-4 credits cards and earn 2400. I’d love to to learn easy tricks though lol.
I feel like I’m way behind lol. I don’t use serve or swagbucks. The main reason we don’t use serve is because we meet our MSRs with organic spend and don’t really need to MS. Is swagbucks similar?
 
Well I think I finally got my Toy Story 4 upgraded MagicBand?! I say I think because It errored out 2x and maybe went through on the 3rd attempt? I got an order confirmation page with a transparent screen over it saying an error had occurred. I got an e-mail it went through with the correct band and see the pending charge on my CC. Lets see what happens.
