You're further on than I am! Every once in a while I open the Serve website and read about it. Again.
How many hours a week do you think you spend on this? It must equate to a full time job!
I have received the ONE Serve card that I ordered, activated it, and linked my bank account. Now I am working up the courage to actually LOAD it! At the rate I'm going, the zombie apocalypse will wipe out the need to even get started.
If you mean on DISchurners, there are several of us who have kids with the student cards. IIRC, when my dd applied, we used a link from DISchurners and it gave NO indication it was a student card until she got into the app and it asked about where she went to school, what year, etc.
Right there with ya! Hoping to get out today to do a trial load with an actual debit card so I'll feel better about the process when I have the VGCs.I have received the ONE Serve card that I ordered, activated it, and linked my bank account. An inspiration to all the wanna be MSers, myself included.Well, I have like 20,000 Southwest miles left and my SO's companion pass expires at the end of 2020. I think in 2020 I am going to try and MS 110,000 with the Southwest credit card for the companion pass. Assuming Ebates continues to give 1% for Giftcardmall purchases I would pay $257.40 for 200 500 Giftcards. on a good day I can MS 10 cards at a time. So best case scenario it would take me 20 days of 3 hours of work. So 60 hours. Is 60 hours of work and $257 worth 110,000 Southwest miles and a companion pass? Should I just fly other airlines?
More math: 110,000 Rapid Rewards are worth $1650. Minus fees $1392.6. divided by 60 hours that's 23.21 an hour but since I pretty much always fly with my SO the companion pass basically doubles it so it should be $50.71 an hour. (110,000 RR with the companion pass is like 220,000 RR for me minus fees $3,042) Thats not awful. or that same 100,000 in MS is worth 200,000 MRs with the BBP (if that still works) which is $2,500 when I cash out. I should just MS everything lol.

We have had a slight issue with our mortgage. I did a test payment of $50 to see how long it would take to post. After about 2 weeks, it still was not credited to our mortgage account as extra principal. After some follow up with Plastiq, they sent me images of the check, cashed by our mortgage lender. All of the info Plastiq put on the check was correct. Apparently somewhere along the way, the check went through BOA and had an account number stamped on it. Whoever did the stamp, put a 6 in our account number that should of been an 8, so the check went to the wrong mortgage account. We are still working to get the error fixed. Since then, I added our account number a second time in the Memo field, and that payment processed correctly.I've paid so many mortgage payments, dance tuitions, car loans, and more with plastiq and never, ever had a problem. I understand the worry but try not to. I think the problems are more rare. Now that I've publicly put that out there, I'm sure I'm jinxed lol.
I always put our account number and names in the memo field just as an extra precaution. Sorry you've had a problem! Plastiq has been very smooth for me. Much to my surprise lol!We have had a slight issue with our mortgage. I did a test payment of $50 to see how long it would take to post. 5. I thought I could choose $125 instead of free credit monitoring. What happened? The public response to the settlement has been overwhelming. Millions of people have visited this site in just the first week. Because the total amount available for these alternative payments is $31 million, each person who takes the money option is going to get a very small amount. Nowhere near the $125 they could have gotten if there hadn’t been such an enormous number of claims filed. The free credit monitoring provides a much better value, and everyone whose information was exposed can take advantage of it. If your information was exposed in the data breach, and you file a valid claim before the deadline, you are guaranteed at least four years of free monitoring at all three credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion) and $1,000,000 of identity theft insurance, among other benefits. The market value of this product is hundreds of dollars per year. You can still choose the cash option on the claim form, but you will be disappointed with the amount you receive and you won’t get the free credit monitoring.
I guess we all saw this coming...bye bye $125...

Twins....I signed up because of the MSR on dh's CIP that needs to be completed in September as well. Except I still have $1600 to go so I may be "encouraged" to actually get off my butt and 'Just Do It'!You are faster than me. lol. I think it took me 2 weeks to activate mine and haven’t looked at it since. So I guess I need to figure out the bank account linking. Thought I would need help to finish my DH CIP before September but it is already finished. So without a MSR at the moment and not feeling the pressure to try it out.
I've been primarily booking JetBlue for the past two years and I find the website and app are always super buggy. The website goes down for maintenance more than any other airline I check. The app doesn't refresh my trips unless I logout/login again and anytime I search for a flight it pauses my music which is super annoying. A recent promo was also released (yesterday I think) and e-mailed out again today so that may be driving some additional traffic to the website causing it to be buggy. There's an awesome price for a jetblue flight to Newark for our cruise in October and the whole site is being wonky and I cannot seem to book it. Grrr. I even transferred 7000 URs so I could book. Not the end of the world, but super frustrating. Come on JetBlue!
Wow! How annoying. Glad to hear other people do test payments in small amounts and I am not crazy! Could you imagine if it was a full payment you were fighting forWe have had a slight issue with our mortgage. I did a test payment of $50 to see how long it would take to post. How ridiculous! And what, are we supposed to trust our information in their credit monitoring service when they already had a breach compromising people? You almost don't know what to do.Did this get posted here yet?

That would of really sucked. We would probably of missed the payment, and been charged a late fee.Wow! How annoying. Glad to hear other people do test payments in small amounts and I am not crazy! Could you imagine if it was a full payment you were fighting for![]()

I also find the Capitol One breach hilarious. Touting "no logins or passwords were compromised, only SSN" Ahhh I feel so much better that logins and passwords that can easily be changed weren't hacked, only unique identifiers that are assigned to you for life. SMH
Nope. They just have to have a membership account. I think there's some time restrictions if it's a new account, would just need to check on that.So Marriott doesn't have a restriction on being a household member for sharing points, do they?
