Ugh got to the last page and it lost my quote. Sorry not going back to find it as this day has moved fast through the pages.
@mamathompson Sorry to hear about everyone being sick. We went to Destin Fl 7 years ago and we still talk about the food poisoning/stomach flu we all got. If food poisoning have to blame me as we cooked in the condo. We still refer to it as the "ravioli incident". It wasn't fun as it hit my DS very hard and he missed 2 days on the beach. But sometimes those are the memories you keep, just not happy to spend money to make those type of memories.
On churning news, my Delta Biz Gold came late last week and I broke it in this weekend! I am still looking to see how to get the $50 stmt credit. I do have a trip booked on Delta for March (free since paid for by professional association). I might "upgrade" to comfort+ with the $50. I'll be using that trip to make a big dent in MSR. Best kind: hotel and food are reimbursable! They pay for the flight upfront or that would have been an additional dent.

Looking for some Charleston help. The meeting in March is in Charleston. Don't get to pick hotel (Courtyard Marriott Historical District). Any restaurant ideas within walking distance or must dos? I'll have about 3/4 of the first day open, I think I'll do the harbor tour. Not sure if I'll have time to visit a plantation but I'm looking into it.

Other travel help needed. In May we're going to Colorado Springs. Using my 7 night cert from Marriott and at first I picked the Springhill Suites. It got good ratings but I google earthed (not sure that is correct way to say it) and it is right by the CS airport. Is it too close? I didn't see anything in the reviews about noise. I do want free breakfast and I picked the suites as a little more room was nice. Thinking of moving closer to Garden of the Gods if possible (Residence Inn). Anyone with personal experience to help me pick one way or the other?
