Just got an e-mail from Chase for an offer on the CF or CFU to get $20 back when you spend $2000. You do have to enroll in the offer. Not great for me since I don't plan on using my CF much this quarter, but could be good for others planning to max the grocery store offer.

we're having to plan another trip just to utliize the resort credit benefit! (Woo-hoo from me, grumbles from DH...) DH emailed me back this afternoon (after 48 hours of me throwing out ideas) and told me vacationing was getting to be too much work.
I think you might be married to my DH!!!!:rotfl2: He also rebelled (my whole fam did lol) and said I plan too many trips and they all wanted a break..... (who SAYS that???) So I canceled our next planned trip to AZ:sad: and instead have a lot of little weekend getaways planned thru the summer, some with my fam, some with willing friends and family! (and even one last minute surprise trip to WDW this summer without them!) This means no grumbling or stress trying to convince him(until DH started figuring out he wasn't going with me for some of this fun stuff and now he grumbles about that)

Interesting DP- I just placed an online order for gift cards with Staples - used my CIC and a RMN deal, so hopefully will get $10 back and 5x URs. When I first placed the order, I forgot to go through RMN, so I cancelled and reordered. I just got a call from customer service verifying the transaction and asking if anyone had asked me to buy the cards for them. They said they have seen fraudulent transactions with people being taken advantage of, so they are checking on transactions - it was only $125 in total, seems like a lot of work to have CS people verifying transactions! Anyway, it was interesting. I'm glad I picked up the call!

DH's CIP arrived yesterday just in time to book a B&B for Woodstock 50! I was looking around Sunday and everything nearby was booked up, then I got a phone call about an opening. I took it as a sign, although more money than I wanted to spend, it was either that or camping 45 minutes away. Well on our way to covering that MSR, when the bills from my surgery last week arrive we will probably be almost done. I just got my CIP in January, is 3 months long enough between applications?

My husband got approved for his first CIP 2 weeks ago. We will probably spend the $5K within a month. When can he apply for his 2nd CIP? He does have one other chase personal card that’s under 24 months, if that matters

OK....PNC transfer to my bank...... I inititated transfer on 3/26 (or was it 3/22?) it finally shows as taken out of my acct on 4/1 (so slow!!!) however no indication yet of any incoming deposit in my bank acct..... how long does this take before I get concerned? (so essentially my $ is nowhere at the moment)
ANother question -Discover cashback.... I 'sent' that to my bank acct on 3/22..... nothing shown yet..... am I being impatient? I'm always concerned when my money seems to disappear like this....thanks!
PNC transfer didn't show up in my account for over a week.

It’s recommended to wait 2-3 months between Chase applications....since you are going for the same card I would wait 3 months..

Yes....also look at CLs and reduce if needed

Ah, even personal levels? Mine is not too bad right now with Chase, I recently closed my SW Plus and my CSP I had for over 4 years in anticipation of getting a referral for a new one from DH sometime this summer. So I just have the Freedom and Bonvoy for now. The current CIP is only $9000, but I could lower that. Not sure how I ended up with italics here!

I do want to do something about DH's Chase cards though. He's still sitting on outrageous levels on CSR, CSP, and SW Priority. I guess I will make him call.
