I haven't got luggage tags yet?

Due to a very stressful family situation(death in the family) I was not able to call for my luggage tags from DME until 10 days prior to trip. The whole trip was in serious jeopardy, I leave bright and early Monday morning-if the tags don;t come tomorrow, what do I do? DME has my ressie conformation number and all the names of the four people on the ressie. Will our name be on a list? Is this going to be a huge hassle? Any thoughts or helpful hints????

I just talked to a CM about ME for us for August and here's what she said. If you don't have your luggage tags by the time of your trip. Just claim your luggage as you regularly would and bring it to the ME desk. They, or you, will put it on the bus and you will be on your way. I believe she said that ME is downstairs (the rental car level) on the A side. I was just there and used it for our land/sea transportation... but I didn't pay attention to A/B sides<G> Someone will be around to direct you to ME before you would even get to the baggage area.

I called the Mears ME number earlier today. She said NOT to pick up my luggage myself-that the information on my flights was already in their computer system. Only thing I am missing is the yellow ME luggage tag-she told me to make sure I put Wilderness Lodge on my suitcase luggage tag and to place yellow ribbon on my suitcase. The ME CM's will be on the lookout for luggage with yellow ribbons. I hope this works out-say a prayer to your favorite saint that my luggage doesn't end up in East Timbucktoo!
