I have the rotation menu for Boma if anyone is interested...

I am making our ADRs in a couple weeks for June and have heard on these boards that there are differing entree rotations at BOMA. I've looked them over and think we'd like the chicken/beef rotation. The dilemna is how do I know what days of the week for the particular rotation? Any help would be appreciated!

I believe there is a chicken and beef dish each night. I think the main differences between the rotations are the soups, and the fish and pork dishes. They have had the African-spiced beef, (used to be prime rib, now strip loin,) every night I've been there.

Here is a link to very old menus, but the latest I can find. The flank steak (on the Tuesday/Friday rotation) has been gone for more than two years, so that gives you some idea of the age. But much is still the same.

So on Wednesays there are no "special" entrees such as salmon or pork? Seems as if the bottom of that was cut off....

Hi -

Boma is my favorite restaurant at WDW and we are going on our upcoming June trip. We can only go once this trip (usually we do 2 dinners there) and I am desperate not to miss my favorites that rotate - the Coconut Curry Chicken Stew and the Cocomisu (dessert).

I would be so appreciative if anyone could post UPDATED information on the menu rotations at Boma. There is a thread on this board that is years old that people sometimes repost, but have been reports that the rotations have changed since then (not surprising that it would have changed in 5 years).

We are going on a Sunday night FWIW.

I'm bumping this. REALLY hope that someone knows. I will be very disappointed if we go to Boma on the night that our favorite stuff is off rotation.

I can't tell you about the dessert but the coconut curry chicken stew is my favorite and it is always served on Wed. and Sat.

I hope someone knows, too! My DD really wants pepper pot soup (I do, too), and the ribs. We had these on a Wed in 2007, so I guess I'll try to schedule it for Wed if we can't find out beforehand. I sure hope someone knows, though!

I know Monday was Mulligatawny night this Feb, if that helps anyone...

My past experience has been that the Coconut Curry Stew and the Cocomisu were served on the same night and it was an "every other night" rotation, possibly with Sunday being a wild card.

Does anyone know the current schedule??

That detailed listing isn't at all accurate with regard to rices and salads. I do know the coconut curry chicken stew is Wednesdays and Saturdays. You can always call Boma and find out exactly.

It would be a shame to miss your favorites...

My DH LOVES the ribs @ Boma. I found a rotation list but it was for 2008. I was wondering if the ribs are still on the rotation for Wed? Thanks
