I just can't sleep. Got back from WDW on Friday but just can't get back to normal sleep patterns. Hope I will be okay on Monday for work.

I have finished the first day of my trip report and have been looking at the rumour boards and US DVC boards just to find something to do as everyone seems to have gone to bed on the UK board.

Will try to go to sleep soon.

Oh no Susan. It is usally worse heading eastward so the return home is not so bad.
Hope you are felling better for back to work :goodvibes

Hope you have managed to get to sleep!

It's the only downside to coming home, I usually feel shattered for about a week ~ I hope you were able to get some sleep :thumbsup2

Nothing worse than pacing the floor trying to get to sleep.

Hope you have managed to get some sleep :goodvibes

Thanks everyone. I lay in bed for ages before dropping off after having watched TV in bed. Mark woke me up at 8.00 so hopefully should be able to get up for 6.15 as usual for work tomorrow.

Hi

Oh Sue. I feel for you. I hate jet lag. Nothing worse. I hope you manage to get into the swings of things. Good luck for work for tomorrow.

Sue i have been back 3 weeks and still not going to bed until the early hours!!!!

There's nothing worse. I never know where I am for the first week we get back home. Hope it wears off soon :)

Probably not much help NOW, but we use Melatonin (http://www.melatonin.com/) to help us to sleep when flying US-UK... works a treat (although not sure if it is still not available in the UK - we bought ours in the US some years ago...).

If you are still having problems tomorrow, then Kalms Sleep may help: it is a natural remedy to help you sleep - has worked for me a few times (if I have been restless - went through a week of "restless sleep" earlier in the year...). You should be able to get it at Boots, Superdrug, any pharmacy or the big supermarkets (Sainsburys, Tescos etc...)

Good luck :)
Boo

Hope you get a good nights sleep tonight Sue :goodvibes
