I don't mean to brag, but...

We will be there at the same time, so I'll just use your plans - what time should I show up for CRT? :lmao:

Have a good time with your family!!

:lmao: I actually do not know what time the CRT ADR is... my cousin made it for her and her kids, and she never let me know what time. That was the only part of the schedule that I did not plan . I'm sure they'd love to see you there! :rotfl2:

I hope you have a great time too! And thanks for the comment about wanting to use my plans- that makes me feel good! :thumbsup2 I say, go for it!! :rotfl:

im jealous! your plans look great...i tend to tour like you, using all the emh offered...generally i only sleep 4 or 5 hrs a night during a workweek and ive made the decision that if i can get up and do it for boring work, i can definately handle it at the parks! we do take afternoon breaks to relax and some times catch an hour nap so it works out wonderfully! i may snag some of your hopping ideas formyself, i think i was moving around way more than you :rotfl:

have so much fun!

Are you making a joke about Small World?

:rotfl: Yes I was, just a joke! Like I said in the original post, my aunt is obsessed with IASW and has always been. So, over the years, we always act like we hate it and don't want to do it just to see how she reacts. One Christmas, I even gave her a CD with nothing but the IASW song over and over again! :lmao: I knew if I put that on our itinerary (we get there the 24th, so saying the 23rd was perfect), everyone would get a kick out of it! My family 's just like that!

Thanks for the post! I'm so happy to know that there's more people out there besides us that like to do early and late EMH!! I want people to know that this IS POSSIBLE!! It's amazing how little you can sleep but how much energy you have! Disney must give us that extra kick. I do believe that if we didn't take those breaks from all the crowds and rush (like you said, even if it's just for an hour) we wouldn't be able to stay out so late or get up so early.

And of course feel free to use some of my ideas!! Such a compliment- thanks! :goodvibes PM me if you have any questions- I love planning Disney trips, even if they're not mine!!

I just wanted to say "GO BOILERS!" (DH, DD, and I are alums; other DD is an IU grad - black sheep)

Ahhhh fellow Boilers!!! Awesome!! :thumbsup2 My brother and I both go there (you can imagine the shock in our family and friends when we decided to go there instead of Ohio State:rolleyes:). I hope you haven't completely disowned your IU child! :rotfl: BOILER UP!!

The proper thing to say would be...

BOILER UP!!!

And back to the original post, looks like a busy schedule, but I'd be more than happy to join you if you need more people to go with you.:thumbsup2

Yes, BOILER UP!! :thumbsup2

And sure come along, can you fit in my suitcase?? :rotfl2:

ENJOY!! Your trip. It seems like you have everything planned out very well. Have fun!

So ... are you not planning on any parades, night parades, fireworks or Fantasmic? I only ask because it seems that these would be things that a large group of 15 would need to plan for. Or are people on their own for those? You mention IllumiNations, but not any of the others. It's not like a group of 15 can just show up ten minutes before a parade and get a good spot ... and I would think a plan as to where and when to meet in order to get seats would be essential for Fantasmic! (Or even for shows like Beauty & the Beast, Lion King, Nemo ...)

Or are those details that are on the "master" list, but not on this more condensed version?

Otherwise, though... looks like a great itinerary. Have fun!

:earsboy:

Thanks for the comments!

The only reason I put Illuminations on there is because it's the first day, and it's the only reason we're heading to EPCOT for that evening. Pretty much the only fireworks set in stone. We'll decide on the other fireworks when we're there and can decide which night to watch them; etc. We will watch the MK fireworks as well as Illuminations again, but my dad and I have planning like that down pat, we don't need to post it. Plus, I didn't want to post all the little details on the itinerary (didn't want it to seem too overwhelming). Everyone knows that my dad and I know what we're doing, they'll be happy with whatever we decide to do! We just wanted them to have an over-all idea of what we're doing for the vacation.

Same goes for parades. We're not huge parade people. The only parade we'll watch is Main Street Electrical Parade, and we know that we'll have to scoop out a spot early enough for all of us. Again, we have all those plans in our head, but I didn't want to put every minute down on the itinerary- didn't want it to seem like I over planned, although we all know that I probably did.

We won't be seeing Fantasmic. We've seen it a couple times, and we don't like waiting all that time for it. We prefer to be riding RnR and ToT! :thumbsup2 So there's no worries about that.

Also, same for shows. We know to get there in plenty of time to get good seats for all of us, so we always make sure to have that planned out. Again, not putting each little detail in- we won't know the Nemo show schedule, for example, until we get there.

Thanks again for the post! :goodvibes

I was wondering the same thing??!!!

OK!! I see where you replied. Whew!! I was a bit scared they were taking it away :)

:rotfl:

When my aunt read that she said, "Megan, this cant be right!! Tell me it's not closed!!":rotfl2:

My one cousin then said, "You gave me a false hope that it was closed! Now she'll [my aunt] will make us go on it for sure!"

Everyone else just laughed- you gotta love family Disney inside jokes!

I didn't see anything on the 27th about Singing Happy B-day to MinnieJack...:rotfl2::dance3:
Or to me!! I think this group needs to stop someplace, and break out into a rousing round of 'happy birthday' for those of us who have birthdays on the 27th!!!!

:rotfl2: Ok, let's do it! :rotfl2:

Happy early birthday to you as well!!

WOW - we are going to be there the exact same days! =) We are doing EMH each day - worked very well for us last summer. You planned this very well!! HA HA - my DH would look at that and tear it UP! He says, "To heck with a schedule - we are on vacation!" Uh...until he realized there needs to be some sort of a plan in place at Disney!;)

Ahh that's awesome! Have a fantastic trip!! And thanks for the comment on planning well! I can see where your DH is coming from, but you're exactly right- although it is a vacation, there's so much to do that not planning anything at all can end in a disaster! Enjoy!

We have friends traveling with us, so I am excited to show off my Disney knowledge to them! It is amazing what I have learned on this board!!! Last year I did some advance planning, but this year I have it all mapped out in my head (well on paper too, but that is for my eyes only as I don't want a collecitve :rotfl2: from everyone)!!

Sounds like a good plan. Personally for me, we spend about 2 or 3 days at the parks, and do both water parks in the Summer.
I'm going in 8 days myself, so excited!

Holy Moly, you guys have a lot of energy! I'm tired just reading your itinerary! LOL- have a fantastic time!

Well I'm sorry you're from Cleveland ;) but you have a pretty awesome name (and you spell it right!!!!) so it's all good haha.

On another note-sounds fantabulous and I wish I was going!!
