Hi Everyone: Well, I'm at what I hope is the beginning of my journey to lose weight and get in shape. Although, I walk with DH in good weather, I wanted to do something year round so that I could always have an exercies regimen. I'm so excited. I joined last night and I am looking forward to going. Also, yesterday, I started a semi-diet. By that, I mean, I watched what I ate and my future daughter-in-law gave me a copy of her old WW's 123 food list so I'm going to give it a really good try. I'm going to try to see if I can at least find a WW meeting that I can join to at least get the information, I know time wise and schedule I won't be able to attend meetings. I'm still not sure about the on-line joining. I may do that as well, but at least I have something to start with. I'm hoping with the support from you guys, I'm going to do this. I'm excited about starting and will be at the WISH site everyday for inspiration. Thanks for being there so that people like me have a support group. I'm sure I'm going to drive all of you crazy with lots of questions so bear with me. My first one is what's the difference between the 123 program and Winning Points? You guys are awesome!!!
