And one trick I've learned about working out (believe me, every day about an hour before I leave work I try talking myself out of it!) is that no matter how much you don't want to do it, afterwards you will never say "Boy, I wish I wouldn't have come, it wasn't worth it". You will most likely always be glad that you dragged yourself in and got it done!![]()

I am completely miserable for about 3 days. It's awful!!
It doesn't even get that cold for the low here!!! 
The pilates and step classes begin on the 1st and I can hardly wait!! I should really be able to tell a difference then. I could have gone for a free class last week, but that was when I was feeling so bad. I can't wait to see what pilates is like.
