I am now a redhead

I went shopping at Target today and bought Clairol dye in natural light auburn. It's the first time I've ever dyed my hair myself and had it work out like I wanted it to. I love it!!

If I had a scanner, I would post a picture. Ratsrule, I have a feeling he'll love it. I was actually a redhead when I first met him (but it was done by a salon, not by me and it wasn't quite this red.) Red matches my personality (I can be pretty feisty at times.)

I inherited my Father's hair - very dark, very thick, and goes gray very early.

I had a patch of silver when I was 12. I started getting gray streaks when I was 19. My Mother is 47 and just started graying at the temples a little bit

I look like a lot like my aunt and we dye our hair the same color so we claim it's natural

My dad's hair was the same way but I was really lucky....I got the darkness and the thickness but not the going gray early part

I started greying really early too....I'm 31 and when I start seeing them I go buy the medium brown hair color which is my natural color anyway. My dad greyed really early. My mom on the other hand is 62 and only about 1/4 of her hair is grey and she has never colored it.
