I almost had a"heart attack" this a.m.

I got up really early to make that 7:00 a.m. call to the PS line. At precisely 6:59:30, I dialed and connected immediately using the speaker phone. When the CM came on the line, I took it off SP, and all I could hear her saying was, "hello? Hello? Hello? Are you there?". I couldn't get her to hear me for about 3 minutes, but God Bless her, she didn't hang up. I haven't felt that helpless in a long time..Finally, the connection was made, and I got my PS for the Pirate Cruise for DS4 and DS6.

I think if I had been calling for CRT PS's, I would have had a stroke, thinking that she would be hanging up because she thought there was no one on the line....
