HS touring plan advice please

I'm trying to get a loose plan for HS before my FP opens up in about 2 weeks. I haven't been to HS since Nov '14. Our park days are 5/28-6/2. We are a group of 10, including two toddlers. So, I have to FP RRC so we can split up in 2 groups for it. Not everyone does ToT so we are splitting up then also. I haven't read a lot about the Launch Bay. EasyWDW has in listed as an anytime attraction. Is the afternoon a good time to go? Or should I move it after TSMM? Also I'm not sure where to fit in GMR. I thought I would try to get a 4th FP for it. What are my chances with that? Should I fit it in after TSMM? Any advice or input on my plans or changes that I should make would be appreciated

I'm not a regular but can tell you if our experience in February. We went to launch bay about 3 and both meets were about 10/15 minutes.

GMR seemed very hit or miss while we were there. For the most part the wait was under a half hour, but one time when we walked by it was over an hour. If you have time, maybe go there after tsm and before your RNRC FP.

Not sure about he 4th FP as we didn't want to wait in a kiosk line. Now that you can do it on your phone you may be able to get one for it.
