Okay...after reading lots of posts and WDW travel books I think I've devised a decent plan for MK...What do you WDW veterans think?
Cast of Characters: DH 32(1st time), DW 32(2nd time), DS 11(2nd time) and DD 2 1/2(1st time).

Arrive early to MK on Wed. for PS at CP for breakfast. Eat and split up.. DH and DS..DW and DD. Get FP for SM and then DH and DS go to Frontierland to ride Thunder Mtn. and Splash Mtn. Then head over to LS to ride Haunted Mansion. Use FP for SM and Then we'll meet up in FantasyLand... where DD and I went first. In FantasyLand DD and I will ride Winnie Pooh and Peter Pan first then go to Snow White, Dumbo and Ariel's Grotto. Get FP for Mickey's PhilarMagic Show.

Check times for Cindy's Celebration and Sword in the Stone Performances and Belle Story Hour. Eat lunch at counter service .

Next DD and I go to Toontown and visit Mickey and Minnie's houses and ride Barnstormer. Use FP for Philarmagic. If we don't meet in FantasyLand then we'll meet in Toontown( we will have walkie radios). Catch 3 PM Parade together. Once we're all together again we'll go to Adventureland and ride JC, P of C, ETR and SFR treehouse and Aladdins Carpets for DD. Back to Frontierland for Tom Sawyers Island and Country Bear Jamboree and Haunted Mansion.

Eat a sit down Dinner at Liberty Town Tavern. Watch evening parade and fireworks.Head back to hotel.

So, now I just need to know if I need to insert FP for any other rides we've chosen? We are planning at staying at MK all day for only one day...my DD is comfortable napping in stroller and if getting to rides becomes a hassle...DD and I will visit play areas, shops, shows or just take in the sights or even go back to Hotel for a break. I hope my plan doesn't sound totally insane and I realize accomplishing it all will be next to impossible but I just thought I'd cover all the bases and make a wish....since we will be where dreams come true::MickeyMo

Ok, the basic plan seems good with the right rides involved. Just aq couple of things;
Do not underestimate those dumbos. The line borders on ridiculous most of the time and with a little one, try to place this either first or last on your list,
Avoid e-night! Being a good planner, I know you will.
The last thing was that it seemed sad to split up to do so many things. I know at 2 1/2 its hard to ride SM but I just love experiencing things as a family.

Anyway, have a really good time, and your plan seems fine. Oh yeah, you may want a FP for winnie the pooh. This can also be a hairy line. Do not miss this ride, I love it!

I went to WDW with an 11 yo and 2 yo last year. Your plan looks good to me, but I would try to hit Dumbo first. We were there at park opening on Thanksgiving day, and you would be amazed how quickly the Dumbo ride line filled up. We split up a lot as older DD is into thrill rides and not too interested in Fantasyland anymore. That worked out well. I would rather split up than experience eye rolling all day. ;)
