I think this came up a while back and the answer was a bit confusing.... If all members in the cabin are 18 or over, you're fine. If any person in the cabin is under 18, then you need to have someone 21 or older in the cabin as well.
Your best bet would be to call DCL themselves for a direct answer.
Thank you! I did find the answer after I posted. If you are under 21 you must have someone 25 or older accompany you. This applies even if you are married, how odd.
