How to coordinate FP if some family is offsite?

My family and I will be staying on site so we can book our FP 60 days out, right? But how would we coordinate FP times with my in-laws who live in FL/will be staying offsite and can only reserve 30 days out. I want them to be able to see Anna & Elsa with us and I doubt there will be any FP left (and certainly not at coinciding times)??

JUST MY OPINION but I am an obsessive over planner and think FP really cramps any degree of flexibility if you want to be able to see/do the super popular things How am I supposed to know at what hour during the day I want to be at location X 60 days in advance with a 4 and 2 year old?!

The more people in a party, the more FP+ cramps every ones style. If I were you I would make my in laws ressies at midnight at the 30 day mark. My theory unverified, is that they are saving some FP+ at the various marks , a pool of Morning FP+s at the 60 day mark a pool at the 30day Mark, and a token few the day of at the kiosk.
