How much time at Epcot?

Our family (me, DH, DD age 6) are going to WDW in the first week of December. We're hoping to do the Christmas party at MK as well. However, this means we need to cut short one of our park days (we have 6 park days, no off days). We were planning to allocate like this:

2 days MK
2 days Epcot
1 day HS
1 day AK OR MK (which we were leaning towards as we aren't that interested in AK).

Generally we are planning RD or PPO ADRs, going back to our resort (BC) around noon-1pm, and then heading back to the parks around 4-5pm (we don't have park hoppers).

DD won't be doing Test track or Soarin at Epcot (we may split up and DH may go if we're in line for Frozen) - our focus is the Frozen stuff and some of the other rides (The Land, etc). Is it possible to do what we want to do in Epcot in 1 1/2 days? we can then adjust so that we do 1 day at Epcot (PPO Akershus reservation and then Frozen) and then the next day we would do a relaxed morning (DD wants to do pirate cruise from BC), head to Epcot around noon to do what we didn't get a chance to do on day 1, and then around 3:30pm hop on the monorail to go to MVMCP at MK. Is this too crazy?

The other option would be to keep the 2 full Epcot days and do an early morning at AK, finish with that stuff at lunch, go back to the resort for pool/rest, and then go to MK for the xmas party. Because we'll get extra time at MK with Christmas party so we'll get to do a few things we want to do at Ak.

HS will likely be a full day because we are interested in the Star Wars stuff.

I would do the 1 1/2 days at Epcot. We normally do 2 Epcot days but we repeat some things. I'd want a full day for AK, especially with the new shows that will be running, but even before our kids loved AK.

Yep…what Dis703 said, 1 ½ day for Epcot and a full day for AK.

We have found that everyone likes different things. And sometimes what we think we will not like turns into a “love it”. Like Flights of Wonder at AK.

I think a full day at AK is good also as the AK does have a lot of things and that 1.5 days at Epcot should work as long as you tour at a reasonable pace. Then a day at DHS and the rest at the MK would be about 2.5 days.
