How many disney giftcards have you purchsed at once?

Yes I is awesome. CHASE changes their bonus categories every quarter. So when it is grocery quarter I get the giftcards there. Gas stations seem more popular with Chase though....So I jump on it as 17% off is a lot when you factor food, souvineers, room, etc....

Isn't there a cap on how much in rewards for the quarter ?

Yeah I see that. I love the concept, and right now I'm just looking for ways to save (we have to wait a little while to go back to the world, finances are reeeeeely tight at the moment)

I did look up the information and there seems to be some unanswered questions for me on this.
Like. Can I buy the annual pass with it?
We don't use the dining we use the 20% dining card. Can we purchase that with the account?

I think the best thing to do is to read the vacation account website, terms and conditions and "fine print" and all.

This is probably the first bit of info anyone needs: "Your Disney Vacation Account must be active for a minimum of 120 days at the time of spending in order to receive this bonus."

How to book here. I remember a thread saying that you could book through a TA, but that doesn't appear to be so, unless we're using "Disney Travel Agent" to specifically mean "the people that work for Disney as TAs".

Lots of things about the account that you really should know before creating one!

I bought 2 DVC PAP at the beginning of March using my DVA. I opened the DVA a week prior just to buy them. I couldn't buy them online, but no problems going through the ticketing phone number.

can you tell me which credit cards pay 5% cash back on groceries? I have Discover and Chase Freedom and neither have offered cash back on groceries in 2013 or 2014.
Thanks.

The 120 day condition doesn't bother me so much nor does having to use a disney TA The last 2 trips we took we used agencies that were advertised as pros (I don't want to name names) and they were horrible. The last one I used she was snotty to me but not my DH and I had asked her to make our dining reservations on the 180 day mark she said that they did all of that.
I was very detailed on exactly what I wanted and when. She dropped the ball on many things. My DH actually was able to change all the mess ups so I figured it wasn't worth using anyone but disney from now on. IMHO
But I have read other posts on the boards where this service needs to have the bugs worked out. I'll be watching to see how this goes with other board members and hope that it gets better.

What appeals to me so far is the ability to buy the GC thru target and then combine them. That's a decent savings. If they can be used to pay for the hotel and annual passes that would be great.
But like I said I'm cautious and I'm watching
