Hiya I am here.. just contemplating about life.. about what to do with work... telling myself things will be OK... If I quit am the one who's going to loose so much.... so yup am here... praying that life's get better at work.... we spend majority 2/3 of our life at work... working with peeps like this makes its really hard to survive the workforce...

anyhoooooooooo I am home now so the stress will be deal with tomorrow when I am at work and getting paid to deal with it ... How's the weather in Ohio ??? Here it is windy but no rain so it's all good... it is going to be called again this weekend per weather channel. How come you're still up ?? In my case I work 3P to 11:30P and this is my usual time to DIS ... am snoring like a baby in the morning

Yeah, I'm so excited!! She works at Disney and I miss her terribly, I can't wait to see her!! I have 4 really good friends going with me too...should be great!

Weather in Ohio hasn't been too bad lately. We had that huge snowstorm last week that closed all the schools for 2 or 3 days, but it's been pretty warm lately, in the 50's. I don't sleep. I am a high strung person and I can never calm down enough to sleep!!

Not all managers are bad, I swear. I'm a nice manager, love 95% of our employees!

So, cruise news! Two new Disney ships announced today!

What do you all think of that?
I hope they put one of the new ones in Florida. I think with 4 ships there will be some good deals to be had. I also hope they go to some new fun ports added. I would love to go on the Maiden Voyage of one of those new ships!

Hiya Cheryl !! This is just what we were doing. Our new Director had fired all the regulars and had hired all her people. But the people she had hired who had experienced what a micro managers/director they were had quit which had left us in critical stuffing. There are only a few of us about 8 of the original techs had stayed since we would really like to finish our time here. This were what the managers had uttered:

"consideration is not part of the job" = we are all hired as 80 hours bi weeklym full time benefits but since there's a handful who can do certain stuff we had been pulling extra hours left and right. This dont mean CHIT not even a thank you...

"you want to talk favors, you just had a 3 week vacation" He told this to my co worker who never had taken a day off had stayed overtime to cover the off shift and had helped him fix staffing schedules. he had to go back to his country since his parents/mother was terribly ill.

the moral at work is really worst than LOW ... And HR dont give a r@t's @ss since the one who listen to the LAB Peeps had quit or gotten fired also. We have new peeps and they were all from hospital that had closed or filed bankcruptcy etc..etc...

I guess if you want to keep what you have invested in this job, you ahve to just bite the bullet. Maybe you can look around and eventually find something else that will be even better and the benefits will be outweigh what you will lose. Hang in there!!
