How hard to get into Kingdom Towers if not your home?

I don't think the Polyn, gf or cr has buses now to Epcot.

WL and FW do.

but didn't think the others did?

could be wrong.

I believe you are correct according to the transportation board. Salmoneous may be right, maybe with this many new guests they will add a bus as well.

We have walked from the MK to CR several times, I don't think that access can be beat! I'm not too concerned about the trip to and from EPCOT. We either drive ourselves, leave early or late enough to avoid most crowds. We have chilled around that big, dancing fountain (don't know the official name) at EPCOT many a night, letting the crowds thin out :thumbsup2

I think it will be fairly difficult (hence my budgeting for and add-on ;) ) I would much prefer DVC at the Polynesian but I'll take Bay Lake.

I completely agree...but I do really like the way the remodeled hotel rooms look at CR- it's like the W Hotel- very swank! :thumbsup2

We finally stayed at POLY last XMAS and really liked it. It would be a great option. The MK view and walking to MK is still more important for us, but it would be a much tougher choice than we previously thought. Especially liked the beach area during the day before hitting the parks. If they do add DVC there one day (or GF)-it could help open up BLT availability.

no - just adding DVC to the resort does not get more buses.

although Doc say this place would have it own bus stop - considering we don't (at present) have one at AKL - and it is much bigger can't see it.

but hey Doc is right more often than wrong.

It will be same buses that CR gets - one to DTD, Studios, AK - not to the MK or Epcot. forgot the water parks but they already share with DTD or AK.

besides the building it replaced have I think 350 units - so it is not adding any more or very few additions if any.

Hum,
If I look from above, you know from the moon, at the addition of the tower (Bay Lake Tower) and an additional tower where the two story, or is it three story unit is now.:thumbsup2 :thumbsup2 All I would have to do is get rid of the main unit an put up a new BIG round 12 story :wizard: with the monorail going through it and you have a "Hidden Mickey"!! Maybe the biggest hidden mickey on the planet, :scared1: of course it might take 20 years to complete!

M
Originally... MGM had a huge hidden mickey. I think it is defunct now with the new construction (and the ugly hat)... It was clearly visible on early satellite photos. Still... your hidden mickey would be larger.
