All of the above are mostly right, English speaking Americans have a difficult time with the accent sometimes and it comes out sounding a bit different than it should be. It's really more of a SHCA-ret. The SH sound is supposed to be just the shhhh sound, with no apparent vowel sound before it. We tend to make it either esh or ish. So think of it as a triple consonant sound and run the S-H-C together and it comes out SHCa.
