I went to the Villians After Hours Party last night and the Dragon went around several times so I had to ask myself how does someone learn to do that? Do they have a certain type of license? When do they practice? I watched the fire jugglers...and I thought where do you go to school for that? Not kidding each time see something like that I often focus on how do you learn it which sometimes interferes with the actual performance. Then II saw Happily Ever After and thought when do they practice that? I mean it's not like you can do it when the park is closed at 3 am ....people would think we are under attack. Just some of the not so thought-provoking questions that come to mind. Also, anyone else thinks of these things when watching a performance for which they have no background knowledge.

Yes, practice for shows and fireworks is at 3am.

Yup, been there and done that. Rehearsal is offsite, and eventually when you’re close to the actual run, you have the ultra-early morning rehearsal sets in the park.

I don't know if there are actual schools for learning how to do that kind of stuff. If anything, I would speak with one of the performers (ex. a fire juggler) and ask them about how they got started, what kind of training options there are, etc.
(In that particular case, I would say you'd have to learn how to juggle first, before adding the fire element...)

I don't know about fire jugglers and that stuff, but they do have schools for things such as rope performers such as what actress Zendaya did in the movie The Greatest Showman because I did that same thing for a few years till I was 10 years old.
