how do I see our ressies on line

now that I finally figured out how to change my password(I coulndt remember this first one)

where I could see our ressies but now I cant seem to find things like how to do on line check in

and I thought that before you could see how much the room was and and deposits that were made

I just like to keep on top of things like this

I can see the online check in option on the 'my reservations page.' It is listed under the reservation number on the right and if you click the details link it's listed on that page as well.

I can't find anywhere on the website that shows my payments made. I can only see payments made, dates, and amount due on the invoice emails I've received.

Are you on the old website or the new one. You can get to the old one by clicking on maps section. You might be able to do online check in from the old site.

I've found a round-about way to view my reservations (and make payments) as if they were on the old site. First, you'll need to log in. Once that's done, scroll down the page until you see Order Customized Maps. Click on that. On the customized map page, you'll see My Reservations. Click on that and your reservations should appear like they used to on the old site.

I know what you mean! I was so excited when I realized I could get to the old site page via the customized maps page.

first of all thanks for the replies--I guess Im worse at computers then I thought--

anyway I tried both ways

if I click on order customized maps--then I get to the page were I put in email address and password which takes me to the page where I can order maps!!!

or if I go to the my reservasions page I put in my email address and password
and it takes me to

"we were unable to link your ressies. please click help to help us link it

when I do that I put in my ressie # and last name then I can see my ressie

but all it shows is the resort, dates--nothing about rates or deposits made or the on line check in

please help!!! this is so fustrating

I think that I may know where the problem is. You need to log in first. Then scroll down to the customized maps link. If you're already logged in, your first name (or the name of the lead person on the reservation) will appear towards the top left side of the customized maps page. Over a bit to the right, you'll see My Reservations. Click on that and your reservations should show up. Underneath the reservation will have the words "View Details" in blue print. Click on View Details and you'll see all details of the reservation and have the ability to pay on a package.

**Edited to add: Do not log in using the My Disney Experience. Log in on the top at the top right hand side of the first page.

I did find our ressies with deposits paid

now my next ? is I found on line checkin but all the came up were FAQ

but I was thinking does the form not come up until closer to the trip we dont leave till Aug according to the site only 161 more days!!!

You're welcome! I know that the check-in date has changed recently but I can't remember how far in advance that you can do it now. I believe that it's 60 days prior to your arrival date and it used to be 10.
