How do I find out how many days I have left on my world hopper?

I have a World Hopper pass from 1996 and I'm about 90% positive that I kept it because there is an extra day on it. There is a unique number on the front of it along with my name. On the back there is no phone number to call to verify how many days I actually have. Has anyone run into this problem before? Who should I call to find out how many days are left on the card?

I think you might find you can only do this at the World itself.

That leads me to another question. Does it matter that my name appears on the laminated card (looks like a credit card)? I was thinking about giving it to someone else. Are they going to have problems with it?
