How can I speak to a supervisor with Disney Dining Reservations?

CM telling on the phone there is none available to speak to me.

Call back and ask the next CM you speak with to speak to a supervisor. Just tell them you have an issue you need to discuss with a supervisor and don't take no for an answer.
 
Tell the next Cast Member that you asked earlier, and you were told there were no supervisors available. Keep in mind, THAT'S possible. They could have been tied up with other customers, they could have been in a meeting, they could be covering for CMs who couldn't get to work today... Don't call back with the attitude this CM was lying to you.

Totally possible that there wasn't one to speak to at that moment.

Call back and ask if there is one available...

Is it a question you have? We could possibly answer it for you.

If it is something else, then just realize it could take a couple of tries to get someone who is available. They just may not be able to take your call right then.
 

Call and ask for one and if none are available say you're willing to wait for one to be available, one may become available lol. Just keep trying :)
