Honeymoon Suprise Ideas in Orlando??

Hey there everyone! Okay, my husband and I are taking our honeymoon in Walt Disney World in May, but I want to arrange a surprise of some sorts for him while were there! We usually spend at least one day off of Disney property, and I wanted to arrange something really special this time around since it's our honeymoon, but I don't know the Orlando area really well. Does anyone have any ideas of fun attractions asides from Universal Studios and Islands of Adventures? Any help is appreciated so much so thank you all in advance!

Spiceycat, you beat me to the punch! I was going to suggest a ride in a hot air balloon. I surprised DH with this for his 30th birthday and it was truly magical. Pricey, yes but well worth it.

if you want during a park night - I would go for an firework cruise.

they book up at 90 days - however you can find a link to the cruises on the top of the theme park and you can probably find someone to go with (if you want to go that route).

I'm going through all of it now and now my only problem will be narrowing down the options b/c there are so many! Thank you tons!
